With a robust background in multi-discipline SSC environments—including P2P, OTC, Master Data, and Treasury Back Office—Norbert leverages his extensive expertise to drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance process efficiency and service delivery across the organization. His leadership has been instrumental in managing complex global solution rollouts, orchestrating seamless transitions, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to optimize operational workflows.

At Adstream, Norbert’s key projects include the rapid transition and stabilization of US and Canada accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes, which involved doubling the size of the organization in a short timeframe while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
