Nancy Wesonga currently serves as the Finance Manager at NCD Alliance Kenya, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. In her capacity, she leads the Finance and Administration Department, ensuring robust financial management practices that align with both organizational goals and donor requirements. Nancy’s extensive experience in institutional financial management and consulting has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex financial systems, compliance standards, and strategic planning processes essential for a non-profit operating in the health advocacy sector.

Her expertise spans grant management, financial and donor reporting, and strategic financial planning, with a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar programs funded by prominent donors such as the European Union (EU), German Development Bank (KfW), Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GIZ, and the African Development Bank. Nancy’s proficiency in financial regulations, management accounting, and financial risk management ensures transparency and accountability in resource utilization. She is adept at proposal evaluation and budget process management, skills that are critical in securing and effectively implementing donor-funded projects.
