In her role, she spearheads strategic partnerships with leading global developers and publishers such as Moonton, 37Games, Netease, Mihoyo, Lilith, Nexon, Funplus, Elex, and Archosaur Games, among others. Her primary focus is on identifying and onboarding high-potential foreign game developers, negotiating mutually beneficial terms, and orchestrating the successful localization and market entry of their titles into Vietnam. This involves a keen understanding of contract negotiation, market trends, and cultural nuances, especially given her proficiency in Chinese culture and language, which facilitates seamless communication with Chinese partners.

Moonie also manages the BD Co-pub team, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes innovative business strategies, community engagement, and sustainable growth. Her expertise in community management and team building ensures that FUNTAP remains at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry, continuously expanding its portfolio with high-quality, engaging content.
