Mohammed Sameerullah Khan is a seasoned Senior Document Controller at Dolphin Energy, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in Document Management Systems within the Oil & Gas and Civil Construction sectors. His expertise spans both office-based and site-based roles across India and GCC countries, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle documentation from feasibility studies to FEED and EPC phases. Currently, Mohammed plays a pivotal role in managing critical documentation for Dolphin’s onshore facilities and offshore Wellhead Platforms, ensuring seamless access, version control, and compliance with industry standards.

In his current capacity, Mohammed is instrumental in maintaining the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), leveraging platforms such as SharePoint EDMS, Live Link-Open Text EDMS, and Documentum EDMS to streamline document workflows. His responsibilities include overseeing the merging and archiving of project files, supporting document control during the FEED stage to develop Scope of Work (SOW), feasibility reports, specifications, data sheets, P&IDs, and PFDs. His meticulous approach ensures that all project documentation adheres to quality standards, facilitating effective communication among multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Mohammed’s proficiency in tools like Adobe Digital Signature and Microsoft Office enhances his ability to manage complex documentation processes efficiently.
