His role at ESI involves close collaboration with overseas Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), where he utilizes his exceptional communication skills to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.

Ming's comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly and printed circuit board production, enables him to identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
