Michael Tedaldi

Dr. Michael Tedaldi currently serves as a Hospitalist at Kaweah Health Medical Center, where he plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality inpatient care and advancing clinical excellence. As the Chair of the Department of Critical Care, Pulmonary, and Adult Hospitalists, he oversees multidisciplinary teams dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes through innovative approaches to critical care and pulmonary medicine. His leadership extends to his role as the Medical Director of the Best Practice Teams, where he spearheads initiatives focused on quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practices across the institution.

In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Tedaldi is a dedicated Clinical Instructor for the Family Medicine and Transitional Year Residency Programs. He actively mentors postgraduate physicians during daily inpatient rounds, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive patient management, effective communication, and clinical decision-making.
