Maud Constance currently serves as a key member of the Customer Success Management team at Good Face Project, where she leverages her extensive expertise in regulatory affairs and cosmetic formulation to support brands, manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and retailers navigating the complex landscape of cosmetic compliance. Her role involves ensuring clients seamlessly integrate Good Face’s innovative AI-driven regulatory and formulation software into their product development processes, enabling rapid assessment of product compliance across over 45 geographical regions and more than 50 retailer standards, including major players like Sephora, Ulta, and Douglas.

With a solid background in chemical engineering from ESCOM and natural product chemistry from UQAC, Maud’s technical expertise is complemented by her deep understanding of cosmetic development, regulatory frameworks, and consumer safety standards. She specializes in guiding clients through the intricacies of regulatory affairs, formulation optimization, and innovation, ensuring that new products meet both regional and retailer-specific compliance requirements. Her proficiency in project management and client follow-up ensures a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and technical excellence.
