Matthew Tarnoff serves as the Managing Consultant and Manager of Consulting Services for Trinity Consultants in Reno, Nevada, where he leverages his extensive expertise in environmental engineering to provide strategic regulatory support across various industrial sectors. With a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering obtained in 2015, Matthew began his career in multimedia environmental permitting and regulatory compliance at Trinity Consultants in Burlington, Iowa. His journey continued in Atlanta, Georgia, where he honed his skills while supporting clients primarily in Florida and Georgia, focusing on industries such as mining, hospitality, and metal recycling.

Since taking on his current role in November 2021, Matthew has been instrumental in managing personnel and driving business development initiatives that enhance client relationships and expand service offerings. His responsibilities encompass not only profit and loss management but also the recruitment of top talent to ensure that the Reno office remains at the forefront of environmental consulting.
