Markus steuert eine internationale IT-Organisation mit über 60 Mitarbeitern in 11 Ländern und 22 Standorten, wobei er agile Methoden wie Kanban und Scrum nutzt, um Effizienz und Innovation zu fördern.
Seine Expertise umfasst Offshore-Software-Entwicklung, Lieferantenmanagement sowie die Umsetzung von IT-Strategien, die auf Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung ausgerichtet sind. Als Six Sigma Black Belt bringt er zudem eine starke Problemlösungs- und Qualitätsorientierung mit. Markus Eweler verbindet technisches Know-how mit strategischem Weitblick, um die digitale Zukunft der Nedschroef Gruppe aktiv mitzugestalten und nachhaltigen Mehrwert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen.
