Markus Eufinger currently serves as the Head of European Supply Chain for 3rd Party Manufacturing Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) at Mylan, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations across Europe. His strategic leadership is instrumental in ensuring the seamless coordination of complex manufacturing and logistics processes, particularly in managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 4,000 SKUs sourced from around 200 Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Since the integration of Meda’s supply chain into Mylan following the acquisition, Markus has been at the forefront of harmonizing planning activities across the European region. His responsibilities include aligning CMO production schedules with market demand, coordinating with affiliates, and implementing robust purchasing processes to mitigate supply risks. His leadership extends beyond operational management to encompass financial controlling and cross-departmental team leadership, ensuring that supply chain strategies support Mylan’s growth objectives and operational excellence.

With over a decade of experience leading global supply chain functions in the pharmaceutical industry, Markus has demonstrated a keen ability to scale operations during periods of rapid business growth—more than 400% over ten years—while maintaining compliance with GMP standards and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
