His deep understanding of supply chain management (SCM), demand and supply planning, and S&OP processes ensures that sustainability is embedded seamlessly into operational workflows. Markus’s background in operational excellence, lean principles, and continuous improvement (CI, KVP) supports the optimization of green factory initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Reporting directly to the COO and the Leadec Board of Management, Markus’s leadership extends to operational implementation at company sites, emphasizing health, safety, and environmental standards (HSE/EHS). His strategic approach combines management expertise, digital transformation, and organizational development to advance Leadec’s sustainability goals. Through his work, Markus Bolke is instrumental in positioning Leadec as a leader in green factory solutions, leveraging his skills in strategy, project management, and digitalization to shape a sustainable future for the manufacturing and industrial services sectors.
