In his pivotal role, Mark leads a dynamic team of Civil and Technical Specialists and Coordinators, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all technical processes essential to Rogers’ network infrastructure. His leadership ensures seamless operation support, process improvements, and the successful management of both operational expenses (OPEX) and operations-driven capital expenditures (CAPEX), aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

He plays a critical role in optimizing network performance through rigorous project management, leveraging his PMP certification and deep understanding of industry standards like CDMA, iDEN, and Aspect systems.
