His current focus is on upstream private capital mobilization in South Asia, where he leverages his comprehensive understanding of PPP frameworks, financial modeling, and due diligence to facilitate sustainable investments that address critical infrastructure gaps.

In addition to his work in South Asia, Mark continues to support private capital mobilization initiatives across the East Asia Pacific region, fostering partnerships that promote innovative project finance solutions.
