Marike Bester

Marike Bester is an industrious and passionate professional currently serving as a Junior Consultant at the ATA Automotive Training Academy, where she is also undertaking her accredited HPCSA internship in Industrial Psychology. With a robust academic background as a contract lecturer and module assistant at Stellenbosch University, Marike brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application to her role. In 2023, she proudly achieved her Master's degree, further solidifying her expertise in the field.

In her dual capacity as a consultant and intern industrial psychologist, Marike immerses herself in various facets of industrial psychology, which fuels her passion for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
