Technology is accelerating. The organisations that lead the next decade won't be defined by their tech stack - they'll be defined by the people who deploy it. Formula is a talent consultancy operating at the frontier of tech transformation. We partner with ambitious companies to identify, assess and deploy the builders, operators and leaders who drive real change across product, data and engineering. We don't match CVs to job descriptions. We assess candidates against transformation readiness, cognitive adaptability and domain-specific capability using FormulaAE - our proprietary AI-powered assessment engine. The result is talent that doesn't just fill a role. It accelerates your trajectory. Founded in 2017 and backed by over 15 years of industry experience, our services span contract deployment, permanent hiring, executive search (through Ozone, our dedicated leadership practice) and strategic talent advisory. Organisations don't just have a skills gap. They have a visibility gap. FormulaAE maps role-specific skills and AI capability across your entire workforce - building a live, data-driven picture of where your team performs today, and where it needs to evolve tomorrow. AI is dissolving the boundaries between product, data and engineering. We identify talent in this new landscape: the builders who ship AI-native platforms, the operators who redesign how work flows around AI, and the leaders who build the conditions for transformation to compound. Your next hire should change everything.
