Marci Warner currently serves as the SVP of Regional Operations at KBHS Home Loans, where she plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the Western region, which encompasses California, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, and Washington. In her capacity as Western Fulfillment Leader, Marci oversees a dynamic team of approximately 100 professionals, including 10 operations managers responsible for processing, underwriting, and closing/funding activities. Her leadership ensures that all mortgage origination processes adhere to industry standards such as FNMA guidelines, RESPA compliance, and HMDA reporting, while maintaining a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Throughout her tenure, Marci has led key projects aimed at streamlining loan origination workflows, implementing innovative technology solutions, and enhancing team recruiting and training strategies. Her expertise in residential mortgages, refinancing, and loan funding has been instrumental in optimizing operational throughput and reducing cycle times.
