Marcel Kuba currently serves as the Senior Director of Field Applications Engineering (FAE) at Cypress, where he leads the global automotive FAE team, focusing on delivering innovative solutions for the automotive industry. In his role, Marcel oversees the strategic deployment of Cypress’s comprehensive portfolio, including TraveoMCUs, PSoC programmable devices, memories, wireless modules, USB, and analog products, ensuring that customer requirements are met with technical excellence and tailored support. His leadership is instrumental in driving the adoption of Cypress’s automotive-grade semiconductor solutions across EMEA, fostering close collaboration with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and design engineers to optimize product integration and system performance.

Marcel’s expertise extends beyond traditional semiconductor applications, encompassing failure analysis, cross-functional team leadership, and product management—skills that enable him to effectively bridge the gap between design, manufacturing, and end-user needs.
