Marcel Hara currently serves as a Logistics & Production Planning & Control Analyst at Toyota do Brasil, where he plays a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing operations through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. His expertise in the Toyota Production System (TPS), Lean Manufacturing, and JIT principles enables him to streamline production workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency at the TDB-PFZ plant.
