Manuel Liway

Manuel Liway is a highly accomplished Taekwondo Master with a distinguished career as a 4th Degree Black Belt, former international competitor, and a respected coach and referee certified by USAT and AAU. Currently serving as a Taekwondo Instructor at Imagine Charter School, Everglades Elementary, Manatee Bay Elementary, and the Savanna Clubhouse in Weston, FL, Manuel brings a wealth of expertise in youth development, martial arts instruction, and competitive strategy. His extensive experience in international competitions has honed his skills in coaching athletes to achieve their highest potential, exemplified by his success in training two youth athletes who became US National Champions in 2016 and 2017.

Beyond his technical mastery, Manuel excels in building meaningful relationships with students, fostering a positive environment that emphasizes realistic optimism, understanding, and active listening—core qualities that support effective mentorship and athlete growth.
