Lim Yonathan currently serves as the Head of Telesales at Valbury Asia Group, where he leverages his extensive experience to lead Indonesia’s largest and most dynamic Forex telesales team. In this strategic role, Lim is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end telesales operations, driving sales target achievement, and optimizing lead management processes to maximize revenue growth. His expertise in operational planning and sales planning ensures that the team consistently meets and exceeds ambitious performance benchmarks. Lim’s leadership is characterized by his ability to foster a high-performance sales culture through effective training, relationship development, and trust-building initiatives, which are crucial in the highly competitive Forex industry.

Prior to his current role, Lim built a solid foundation in telemarketing and sales management through progressive positions at Equity Life Indonesia and Sunlife Financial Indonesia. At Sunlife, he was recognized as the Best Leader in Telemarketing for Q1 2016, managing a team of 50 telesales representatives and 9 team leaders. His responsibilities included developing SOPs, managing lead consumption, and executing recruitment programs to ensure optimal manpower deployment. Lim’s hands-on approach to operations management and his skill in analyzing sales data have enabled him to streamline processes, improve customer engagement, and fulfill company targets effectively.
