Leveraging her extensive background in trial management and clinical operations, Leyla specializes in optimizing biomarker workflows to enhance the precision and efficiency of vaccine and therapeutic development. Her expertise encompasses biomarker discovery, validation, and implementation within complex global clinical trials, ensuring seamless coordination between laboratory teams, data management, and clinical sites.

At Moderna, Leyla has been instrumental in leading key projects that involve the development and deployment of biomarker assays for vaccine efficacy and safety assessments. Her deep understanding of clinical data management and laboratory information systems (LIMS) has enabled her to streamline sample tracking and data integration processes, significantly reducing turnaround times and minimizing errors.
