Leonard Dike currently serves as a Transaction Manager at BayWa r.e. Global, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s strategic initiatives within the renewable energy sector. His expertise spans across divestments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, and structuring, with a particular focus on green hydrogen (GH2), solar, and wind projects.
