Lea Andrea currently serves as the Head of Sourcing & Procurement and is a distinguished member of the Board of Management (VTM) at Vopak Terminal Merak, a leading player in the global logistics and storage industry. In her strategic leadership role, Lea oversees the end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring the seamless sourcing of raw materials, logistics management, and contract management to support Vopak’s operational excellence. Her extensive expertise in strategic sourcing, global sourcing, and export-import operations has been instrumental in optimizing supply chain efficiencies and reducing costs across the organization.

One of her key projects includes leading the brownfield expansion at Vopak Terminal Merak, where she successfully managed the procurement and contracting phases within an EPC contract framework.
