In this strategic role, he spearheads the company's LNG business development initiatives, focusing on expanding XLNG’s footprint in the global LNG market through innovative project development, strategic partnerships, and comprehensive marketing strategies. His expertise encompasses LNG project economics evaluation, where he assesses the financial viability and risk profile of new LNG ventures, ensuring alignment with market trends and energy policies. KJ Oh’s leadership in LNG marketing involves negotiating LNG Supply Purchase Agreements (SPAs), master agreements, and spot cargo deals, leveraging his deep understanding of LNG cargo management and terminal use agreements to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost competitiveness.

In his current role, KJ Oh is actively involved in negotiating LNG SPA and master agreements, ensuring favorable terms that support XLNG’s growth objectives. He also oversees LNG cargo management, coordinating logistics and terminal operations to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contractual obligations. His proficiency in government and public affairs allows him to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners.

Prior to joining XLNG, KJ Oh accumulated over a decade of experience at GS Caltex Corporation, where he specialized in LNG business planning and procurement, further honing his expertise in energy policy, petroleum economics, and LNG project economics evaluation. His comprehensive skill set and industry insights make him a vital asset in shaping XLNG’s LNG portfolio and advancing its position in the competitive energy landscape.
