About Kaylin Ervay

Kaylin Ervay is a dedicated and passionate Senior Behavior Technician at the University of North Texas, where she leverages her expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism. With a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and three years of hands-on experience, including a year in her current senior role, Kaylin specializes in early intervention strategies within the university-based autism center. Her work primarily involves providing individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in an Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) classroom, where she collaborates closely with a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and fellow Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
