Kasimir Kish

Kasimir Kish currently serves as the Director at Tikva Housing Society, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s mission to expand affordable housing options across Metro Vancouver and throughout British Columbia. As Chair of the Acquisitions Committee, Kasimir leads strategic efforts to identify and evaluate potential property acquisitions that align with Tikva’s mission and long-term sustainability goals. His expertise in property development and redevelopment, combined with a keen eye for beneficial partnerships, enables him to navigate complex negotiations and facilitate seamless project execution from initial RFP review through to project initiation and completion.

In his role, Kasimir works closely with municipalities, non-profit partners, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure that projects adhere to budget constraints, meet quality standards, and are delivered on schedule.
