Currently serving as Senior Account and Inside Sales Manager at OpenTable, Karst plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's footprint across strategic markets by leading end-to-end sales processes—from initial client acquisition to ongoing account expansion. His expertise lies in building strong relationships with restaurant partners, ranging from Michelin-starred independents to rapidly scaling hospitality groups, ensuring they leverage OpenTable’s platform to optimize reservations, improve guest experiences, and streamline operations.

In his current role, Karst manages a diverse portfolio of over 200 key hospitality accounts across EMEA, overseeing more than £1.5M in ARR. His deep understanding of the food & beverage industry, coupled with his skills in restaurant management and hospitality operations, enables him to tailor solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. Karst is also instrumental in developing upsell strategies for add-on features such as guest management tools, table analytics, and marketing integrations, which drive incremental revenue and enhance customer retention.
