Karell B. currently serves as the Manager and APAC eCommerce Solution Owner at Adone Conseil, where she leverages over a decade of expertise in digital project and product management within the Luxury and Retail sectors across APAC and Europe. In her strategic role, Karell spearheads the development and deployment of innovative eCommerce solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of high-end brands, ensuring seamless integration between digital and in-store experiences. Her deep understanding of digital-in-store strategies and omnichannel commerce enables her to drive impactful projects that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

At Adone Conseil, Karell leads a multidisciplinary team of six junior consultants, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. She also manages the implementation of a blended learning platform, overseeing project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance to optimize training delivery for client teams. As Co-Head of the Governance Skill Center, she guides a team of ten contributors, shaping the center’s roadmap and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
