Kacie Stacks

Kacie Stacks is a dedicated Community Specialist II at Family Preservation Services, where she leverages her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Radford University to make a meaningful impact in the community. Since graduating in May 2018, Kacie has honed her expertise in therapeutic day treatment (TDT) and intensive in-home clinical services, focusing on providing essential support to families in need. Her role involves not only direct service delivery but also the crucial task of interpreting programs to various stakeholders, including other agencies and the public, ensuring that resources are accessible and effectively utilized.

Kacie excels in community planning and the development of new resources, actively participating in initiatives that aim to enhance the quality of life for families facing challenges. Her strong interpersonal skills enable her to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Kacie’s proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, allows her to create impactful presentations and manage data efficiently, which is vital for tracking progress and outcomes in her projects.

In her current role, Kacie is involved in several key projects aimed at behavior management and support for at-risk youth, utilizing her leadership skills to guide teams in implementing effective strategies.
