Junyi Ng

Junyi Ng currently serves as a Project Engineer at VisionNav Robotics, where he plays a pivotal role in the deployment and troubleshooting of cutting-edge automated solutions, including Automated Guided Forklifts (AGFs) and advanced Warehouse Control Systems. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering from South Dakota State University, Junyi leverages his expertise in software tools such as MATLAB, SolidWorks, and ANSYS to ensure the successful installation and integration of these systems. His hands-on experience in addressing complex technical challenges during deployment has been instrumental in maintaining seamless operations, thereby enhancing overall warehouse efficiency.

In addition to his technical acumen, Junyi excels in customer training, conducting comprehensive programs that empower clients to effectively utilize and maintain AGFs and associated technologies. His ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible manner has fostered strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel confident in their new systems.
