Junbo Bao

Junbo Bao is a highly accomplished Quality Program Manager at HP, bringing a strategic and data-driven approach to quality assurance and process improvement. In his current role, Junbo oversees complex quality initiatives across multiple product lines, ensuring that HP’s printers and imaging solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and customer satisfaction. His expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies has been instrumental in driving continuous improvement, notably leading the successful New Product Introduction (NPI) for over ten HP printer platforms. Under his leadership, the NPI projects achieved an impressive reduction of more than 85% in workmanship issues, significantly enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
