Jun Long Oei, a Singapore-qualified lawyer with extensive experience spanning the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and general corporate sectors, currently serves as the Senior Manager - Corporate Counsel, Joint Company Secretary & DPO (Global) at AEM Holdings Ltd. In this multifaceted role, Jun Long oversees the legal affairs of the AEM Group on a global scale, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks across diverse jurisdictions. His responsibilities include providing strategic legal guidance on a broad spectrum of commercial agreements—ranging from customer and supplier contracts to licensing, distributorship, and employment agreements—ensuring that contractual obligations align with corporate objectives and regulatory frameworks.
