AI-native design agency. Lean team, all craft. Forge is where companies find super senior product builders who own strategy and execution end to end. Founded by FAANG designers in 2019. Nearly 70 client engagements, and the majority extend well past the initial commitment. We embed as an extension of your team, committed to the same outcomes. AI is accelerating every phase of how we design and build products: research, strategy, design, prototyping, code, production. The same tools and methods we bring to client work are what we run the entire agency on. Every designer we hire has shipped at companies like Coinbase, Roblox, Instacart, Salesforce, AWS, Robinhood, Square, Meta, Google, and Apple. Not agency-adjacent. The actual teams, shipping at scale. PRODUCT BUILDERS. L5 Senior through L9 Distinguished designers merging business thinking, product design, and AI-native tooling into one loop. Deep generalists or specialists: motion, iOS, design systems, accessibility. L3 and L4 designers, researchers, and content strategists also available. UX STAFF AUGMENTATION. Product designers, researchers, and content strategists for contract hire, embedded in your org. 12-week engagement blocks with a full operating system: SOPs, hiring tools, feedback loops, sourcing through conversion. Coinbase, Roblox, Robinhood, Instacart. 50+ designers placed, 3 of 4 engagements extend, and 1 in 4 convert to FTE. DESIGN SYSTEMS. Enterprise-grade tokens, component libraries, governance, and documentation. Cruise, Roblox, Guideline, Handshake. ZERO-TO-ONE. New products from problem definition through shipped v1. BRAND AND WEB. Identity systems, marketing sites, and product brand for companies going to market. See our work at forge.is. Hiring designers or building a design system? forge.is/listening.
