Under Joshua's leadership, the division has successfully designed and executed innovative Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) curriculum development initiatives, which have significantly enhanced the training experience for over 7,500 students annually in avionics technical training. His commitment to excellence in training program design is complemented by his hands-on experience, having completed seven combat deployments that have provided him with invaluable insights into the operational needs of military personnel. Joshua's proficiency in C4ISR systems, combined with his expertise in force protection and anti-submarine warfare, equips him to address the multifaceted challenges of modern military training. By fostering collaboration among SMEs and leveraging cutting-edge training methodologies, Joshua is not only enhancing the capabilities of U.S. forces but also strengthening international partnerships through effective education and training solutions.
