Joseph Kosman

Joseph Kosman currently serves as the Head Swim Coach at Tremper High School, where he leverages over 17 years of experience in educational leadership, program development, and relationship building to foster a thriving competitive swimming program. In this role, Joseph is responsible for motivating, training, and mentoring student-athletes across all skill levels, emphasizing the importance of technical proficiency, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
