In my current role as Executive Director and Diverse Talent Pipeline Leader for the COO at Wells Fargo, I am dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. I utilize quantitative data to measure the effectiveness of these programs, ensuring that we can make informed decisions that drive meaningful change.
In addition to my focus on DEI, I am also passionate about executive coaching and culture change. I believe that fostering an inclusive workplace is essential for enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational success. By assisting others in navigating their career paths and resolving conflicts, I contribute to a more cohesive and productive work environment. My strategic planning skills enable me to align our DEI initiatives with the broader goals of Wells Fargo, ensuring that we not only meet compliance standards but also lead the industry in creating a truly inclusive culture.
