Jen Krouse currently serves as a Health & Well-Being Coach and Holistic Health Educator at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, where she leverages over 14 years of experience in public education to promote whole-person health among nursing staff and the broader community. In her role, Jen designs and facilitates innovative educational and experiential sessions that integrate evidence-based practices with holistic health principles.
