Jay Maiona

Jay Maiona currently serves as a dedicated Trustee at the YMCA of Greater Nashua, a role he has held since 2014, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to community development and nonprofit leadership. During his tenure, Jay has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization, leveraging his extensive expertise in governance, finance, and organizational management. As Trustee Chair from 2018 to 2020, he led efforts to strengthen the YMCA’s mission-driven initiatives, foster community engagement, and ensure operational excellence.
