Javier Caycho currently serves as the Operational Data Foundation & Integration Head at ZEISS Group, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s data-driven manufacturing and operational strategies. Leveraging over 23 years of international experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Javier has established himself as a key driver of digital transformation initiatives within the organization. His expertise encompasses the development and implementation of robust data integration frameworks, ensuring seamless connectivity across diverse SAP systems such as S/4HANA, SAP Manufacturing Execution (MES), and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions.

In his current role, Javier oversees the operational reporting landscape, enabling real-time insights into shop-floor activities and manufacturing processes. He is instrumental in defining ZEISS’s BI strategy and roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality. Javier’s deep understanding of SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and HANA Cloud allows him to architect scalable, high-performance data platforms that support advanced analytics and decision-making. His governance responsibilities include establishing development standards, change management protocols, and incident resolution processes, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
