His responsibilities extend to backing up Release Control, where he oversees Planned Deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Non-Conforming Reports (NCRs), and Customer Complaints. Jan's expertise in data management and quality auditing is further demonstrated through his work on the company’s Drug Master File (DMF), where he compiles, submits, and provides annual updates.
