Jaime Paje is a dedicated and innovative Interior Designer currently contributing to Cox Architecture’s dynamic team. In this role, Jaime leverages a strong foundation in conceptual design and technical execution to deliver compelling multi-residential, workplace, and mixed-use projects. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable, functional spaces, Jaime actively participates in all phases of the design process—from initial concept development through to construction documentation and project delivery.

At Cox Architecture, Jaime has been instrumental in managing client relationships, ensuring their vision aligns seamlessly with design intent and project feasibility. He excels in preparing and facilitating design and services meetings, fostering collaborative communication among stakeholders. His expertise extends to creating comprehensive design documentation, including RFIs, variations, and managing design changes efficiently to meet project timelines and budgets. Jaime’s understanding of building design and construction phases enables him to coordinate seamlessly with consultants and contractors, ensuring the integrity of design intent throughout the project lifecycle.

Additionally, Jaime’s proficiency in procurement of FF&E and his technical skills in AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Photoshop empower him to produce high-quality visualizations and detailed drawings that enhance client presentations and internal workflows. His problem-solving abilities and time management skills ensure projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
