In 2017, PAC Solutions was founded to bridge the gap for small to mid-sized businesses that had a clear need for experienced, expert recruiting support, but a lack of affordable solutions. Our passion for forging lasting partnerships, solutions development and helping clients reach their goals provided the foundation for PAC Solutions. Those same principals continue to influence us as we strive to build a comprehensive team of creative and passionate professionals leveraging their expertise to provide meaningful solutions. We believe that recruitment shouldn’t be cost prohibitive, but we also believe you shouldn't have to trade experience for expense. That’s why we use a modern methodology that allows our clients to enjoy the benefits of a powerful recruiting strategy without third-party costs. Based in Richmond, Virginia, our team has over 20 years of combined experience in recruitment and workforce solutions. We leverage that experience to help our clients create a company culture that retains top-tier talent. Whether you want to improve your employee resources or simply don’t have time to develop a staff that helps your business grow, we can bridge the gap for you.
