It Plus

As the Director at Self-employed, I Salim Juddani lever deeply into the strategic development and operational management of IT Tuition Plus, a leading provider of comprehensive IT training and certification preparation. My current role involves overseeing the design and delivery of tailored training programs that cater to a diverse client base, ranging from beginners to advanced IT professionals. I focus on ensuring that our curriculum remains aligned with industry standards, incorporating certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Juniper WLAN Certification, and CISA, which are essential for advancing careers in networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.

One of our key projects includes developing specialized courses on network design, IP addressing, and IT strategy, leveraging my extensive experience with Cisco and Juniper technologies. These projects aim to equip students and professionals with practical skills in configuring and managing complex network infrastructures, including WLANs and enterprise-level systems. Additionally, I oversee the integration of hardware and software training modules, such as Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting, to provide a well-rounded IT education.

In my role, I emphasize the importance of hands-on learning, real-world application, and staying current with evolving technologies. This approach ensures our trainees are well-prepared for industry certifications and job placements. My expertise in project management, detailed tracking, and effective communication helps maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring timely completion of training programs and fostering long-term client relationships. Ultimately, my goal is to empower individuals with the technical skills and strategic insights necessary to excel in today’s dynamic IT landscape.
