Imen Chebbi currently serves as a Cyber Security Consultant at MERITIS, where she plays a pivotal role in safeguarding client infrastructures through comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of cybersecurity domains, including network security, cryptography, and secure software development. At MERITIS, Imen has led several key projects focused on identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities within enterprise environments, utilizing advanced tools such as Wireshark for network analysis and reverse engineering techniques to uncover potential threats. Her proficiency in PKI and encryption protocols ensures the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data, while her experience with enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) and web development enhances her ability to assess and secure complex enterprise applications.

Imen’s current role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored security strategies, conduct risk assessments, and implement robust security measures aligned with industry best practices. Her strong technical foundation in Linux, C++, and vulnerability management enables her to perform in-depth security audits and penetration testing, ensuring the resilience of client systems against evolving cyber threats. Additionally, her background as a contractor in the AMADEUS GSoC team has honed her skills in software security and reverse engineering, further enriching her ability to analyze and fortify software applications.

With her academic pursuit of a Post Master’s degree in Security in Computer Systems and Communications at Eurecom, Imen is continuously expanding her knowledge base to stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity challenges.
