Ima Augustine Mampilly currently serves as the General Manager of Keiretsu Forum Singapore Chapter, where she plays a pivotal role in building and expanding the region’s premier global investment community. Her leadership focuses on fostering a vibrant ecosystem of accredited private equity investors, venture capital funds, and corporate/institutional investors, facilitating meaningful connections that drive innovative startups and high-growth companies. With extensive experience in fundraising for seed and growth-stage investments, Ima brings a strategic approach to sourcing, evaluating, and nurturing promising startups. Prior to her current role, Ima served as Incubation Manager at Appleseed, a Spring Singapore-supported venture accelerator, where she was instrumental in incubating startups through Go-to-Market strategies, internationalisation, and fundraising initiatives. Her hands-on experience in startup incubation, combined with her consulting background in business strategy and finance, allows her to provide valuable mentorship and guidance to entrepreneurs navigating complex funding landscapes.
