One of Ibnu’s key initiatives at G4S has been the design and deployment of a state-of-the-art Security Command Center, where he spearheaded the recruitment, training, and development of a 22-member team. Additionally, Ibnu has developed comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with industry best practices, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
