With over two decades of experience in delivering complex global IT projects, Hugo brings a comprehensive understanding of all phases of the project life cycle—from initial analysis and design to build, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. His expertise in managing multi-million dollar initiatives for multinational corporations, often involving subcontractors and cross-functional teams, has consistently driven successful project outcomes. At ZüriPharm, Hugo has led key projects such as the deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, the rollout of Medical Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and the enhancement of IT security protocols to safeguard sensitive pharmaceutical data.
