Holmes Teng currently serves as the Project Manager for Centralised Digitalisation Services at VITAL, a key initiative within the Ministry of Finance aimed at transforming government financial operations through innovative digital solutions. In this role, Holmes leverages his expertise in business requirements gathering, product management, and issue resolution to drive the successful delivery of complex inter-agency projects. His primary focus is on streamlining processes, enhancing data integration, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple government agencies, ultimately contributing to more efficient and transparent financial management.

Holmes’s strategic approach involves meticulous planning, stakeholder engagement, and rigorous performance management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. He actively facilitates communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, employing tailored communication plans to gather comprehensive requirements, monitor feedback, and address issues proactively. His proficiency in report writing, reporting & analysis, and tools like Microsoft Excel enables him to provide insightful updates and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
