Henning Heyn currently serves as the Global Head of Sales and Operations Planning at TURCK, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s supply chain strategy to be fast, lean, and robust in an increasingly complex and volatile global environment. With his extensive expertise in supply chain management, demand planning, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI), Henning leads the development and execution of integrated business, sales, and operations planning (S&OP) processes that align production, procurement, and logistics with market demand. His strategic focus ensures TURCK’s ability to maintain high service levels and optimize inventory management, even amidst the uncertainties of a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) world.

Henning’s leadership involves spearheading key projects that enhance supply chain agility, such as implementing lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste, while also fostering strong supplier-customer relationships through effective contracting and vendor management.
