Hans Rossocha currently serves as the Head of Preconstruction for High Tech Projects at HOCHTIEF Europe, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of critical infrastructure across the continent. His expertise lies in managing complex projects within the datacenter, electric vehicle (EV) battery, and semiconductor markets—sectors that demand precision, innovation, and rigorous technical standards. Hans leads the preconstruction team, providing comprehensive estimating, technical, and operational support to ensure seamless project initiation and execution across HOCHTIEF’s nine European countries, including collaborations with Turner Construction.

With a rich background in design and construction management gained from prominent consulting and engineering firms in Germany, the Netherlands, and South Africa, Hans brings a global perspective to his work. His technical competence is demonstrated through his involvement in designing and overseeing some of the most advanced high-tech infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client expectations. He leverages skills such as Target Value Design, Value Engineering, and Project Estimation to optimize project scope, cost, and schedule from the earliest stages.
